“I never received my backpack. I contacted DPD who advised that it was delivered to the wrong address and the supplier stackers should contact them to initiate investigation. I already sent a few emails to stackers asking to contact DPD and to initiate investigation which they never did and never replied to me. Awful customer service or should I say non-existant customer service. I never received by backpack and there was no investigation or even an apology”

“I love stackers products from their jewellery drawers to the makeup and hair drawers/kits! They are so clean and organised it makes everything look beautiful and keeps it all in one place. I even love their passport case which is a must have as it has a pulley to pull the passport out easier! Love these products!”

“What a fabulous piece of kit! Why has this not been done before?! We bought this for our daughter for her birthday and she loves it. I like the ingenious way it zips into the bag/hold-all having safely put special outfits flat first in their own protected compartment. Great that it has other pockets as well. Well done Stackers you’ve nailed it on the head!”

“The three stars are mainly for customer service and not the functionality or quality of their products. I never received an email with tracking information and when I was finally able to get the information, I found out my package was stuck at a DHL warehouse for over 5 days due to insufficient delivery address information. All my documents (e.g. sales receipt, packaging slip, etc.) had the correct full address information, except for the actual shipping label. I am still waiting to hear back about how this happened.”

“So in love with my cable tidy! I feel very chic and organised when I use it. I’m only giving it 4 stars, however, as it’s not that well suited for super long cables (like a laptop charger). But other than that, I’m thrilled with it. As always, the shipping was super quick and very painless, and I already have my eye on the matching mini version of the cable tidy.”
