“Delivered promptly and look to be of decent quality. However, unlike my non-prescription goggles, the seal is not very effective and the goggles rapidly fill with water.”

“Fast delivery is appreciated but the lenses were far from perfect. Each had a horizontal scuff for about 70% of the width perhaps 1-2mm from the top edge. These marks didn't change when the lenses were wetted nor when fitted. For some reason the marks do not seem to obscure my vision when used for cycling so I can live with it but will think twice before buying from this supplier in the future. I have bought this brand many times and not seen such issues before.”

“I have rated them 3 stars because they sent me the wrong items although the correct items were shown on the invoice. However when I rang them to sort the situation out the phone was answered by a very pleasant lady who sorted the situation straight away to my complete satisfaction. My thanks to her. Things do go wrong sometimes, and you can always tell a good company by how they deal with these situations. On that basis Sports Eyewear Direct is a good one and I shall have no worries about using them again.”

“Customer service absolutely amazing! The company got in touch to query my prescription and after speaking to a lovely lady, she recommended a cheaper mask but wanted to check her advice with a colleague. Very soon after her call, a lovely advisor called Martin phoned to confirm her recommendation and changed the order, sent me a partial refund and dispatched the order with next day delivery. They provided the opportunity to try the mask and return if there was a problem. There wasn’t, it’s absolutely brilliant and I am really grateful for the amazing service, the opportunity to save some money and to try the product so quickly. Highly recommend this company and the products, very high quality. Thanks! Clare.”
