“Nothing wrong with service but goggles are very poor. They let water in which is upsetting and the colour is awful too really. Have to get other ones now but sadly not from SED. Sorry to have to give low rating.”

Water ingress can happen for a few reasons. We also offer a range of colours and styles, so I’m sorry to hear the colour wasn’t right for you either.

“Fantastic service, I ordered goggles and then messaged them to ask if they could please be sent asap as my son is desperate to get them for an event. They emailed back first thing in the morning and had sent them by the afternoon. Amazing service I’ll be using them again. Thank you.”

“I ordered the wrong prescription swim goggles,I called to see how I could change them as I needed them for 4 days time. I spoke to a very helpful gentleman, explained what had happened. I told him I needed the goggles,the replacement arrived the next day. I am so pleased with them. And the service was excellent. Thank you.”
