“I ordered cycling prescription glasses which arrived promptly. As I found it really difficult to fit the included clear lenses to the frame I phoned the providers and after explaining my problem they sent me a new frame already fitted with the clear lenses. No extra charge and the glasses arrived as promised within a day of my phoning them. 100% for good customer service and I really appreciated their prompt service. Can recommend this company and they actually have a direct phone number you can contact to speak to the helpful team. Brilliant!”

“I wanted replacement lenses for the scratched lenses in my 11-year-old sunglasses and after looking at various online sites, I chose Sports Eyewear Direct because of the wide choices, ease of access and competitive price. “The whole process from start to finish for the large insert to prescription was seamless. Following a welcome order clarification telephone call, I received the insert within a week. A quick trial in both my pairs of goggles suggests that they are going to be exactly what was needed. I have already recommended you to friends.”

“Ordered the prescription insert home trial kit (refundable £25 upon return) in preparation for purchasing new ski goggles for the family, and replacing my glasses whilst wearing my current goggles. They arrived two days from order and trying them out on my current pair of goggles showed that not all inserts are suitable for all goggles. About to take them with me to check the suitability of inserts whilst shopping for new goggles, so the correct inserts can be ordered as soon as possible.”

“I've had several trouble free orders from this company. Recently I ordered a new pair of i826 glasses which came exactly on time. I then decided to upgrade the prescription lens inserts on an old pair I already had. The new inserts had a slight error in the prescription which I phoned through when received and without any issues the correct prescription lens were sent through. Great service and will definitely use again.”

“Customer service was excellent. Recently bought some sunglasses with prescription inserts, customer service was excellent and manufacture period and delivery were within promised timescale. They are very good glasses at a very good price, unfortunately when wearing them on holiday I noticed that one of the lenses had been scratched by the carry case. Contacted Sports Eyewear Direct, whilst abroad, and without quibble they replaced the lenses which were waiting for me when I got home. Cannot fault service.”

“Website is easy enough to navigate, images are good, especially as I was able to customise the options in my goggles and have it displayed so I could see the finished product. Prescription advice was clear and aided me in my selection of prescription strength in the goggle lens. Was noted a a couple of days delivery (fine) but I was very surprised when the goggles were delivered next day! Brilliant. Should my eyes change I'll buy from Sports Eyewear Direct again.”

“Seemed to fit, but on using in water they leaked and so unusable and not able to return. Identical to a cheap (4.99) Chinese pair I have (which don't leak) but with x2 lenses. Wasted £19.94.”

“Good service and swift delivery. Bought for x2 prescription, but they leak (and not very comfortable). They seemed to fit before using them in water, but you don't know until you try and then you can't return them. Have several other different makes that do fit and are much more comfortable. Unusable, sadly disappointed.”
