“Received my i826 glasses. They Work well. Unfortunately the case only contained one set of front lenses (dark) when the advertising suggests they come with 3 sets of different colours (yellow and clear missing). Quote: What’s included: ‘You will receive the following Frame, Prescription insert glazed with clear CR39 plastic prescription lenses, 3 different interchangeable front lenses & protective case, plus any extras ordered’. I did get the additional photoreactive lenses I ordered in addition to the standard lenses. I am hoping I will be sent the other 2 pairs?”

Thank you for your feedback. Please note, the extra lenses for the i826 are inside the front of the case. If you are having trouble locating them, please feel free to call us.

“The prescription is good the quality is good the only problem I have is the size of the goggles they seem a tad on the large size to fit my eyes, I can still use them but a tad painful on the side of my nose after trying all settings”

“I bought prescription inserts for ski goggles. They fitted very well. They worked perfectly, on most occasions. If I was working hard they could fog up. I would lift goggles off my face during a break and put them back on as I set off- at which point they do not fog up. Vision clarity was very good and a lot better than no glasses. I would recommend them to anyone who cannot wear contact lenses and whose glasses fog up - the inserts are further away from your face than glasses and I think this helps prevent fogging.”

“Ordered white frames as per invoice, received black frames. There wasn't a lense cloth either. The white frames also had blue mirrored lenses provided, which of course I didn't get. Not a happy bunny.”

“The staff are excellent. They phoned me when I made a mistake entering my prescription on the site. The glasses look good, although changing the lenses was fiddly and I feared I might break them. I'd been looking for a simple solution to the problem of cycling in glasses for ages, and Sports Eyewear Direct made it easy. Thanks.”

“Delivery of my prescription goggles was rapid and I was surprised & pleased to see that if they weren't comfortable I could arrange to return them. The goggles are fairly comfortable while swimming, but I do feel discomfort for a while after I've taken them off. I'd like to try a different nose piece, but can't get out the one that's in. After about 10 swims the anti-fog coating is still working, but not as well as at first.”

“The prescription lenses are good. The overall mask fit is ok although I needed to work out the best placing on the face to get suction effect , as just putting them on really tightly damages them very quickly. There needs better instruction on how to remove and insert the lens insert, and maybe even a specific tool as the lens insert is not very robust. The lenses fog up within 3 or 4 uses, so being able to take the lens insert out(and replace) without damage, to apply anti fog solution, is important. The mask should come with your recommended anti fog product as a matter of course. The mask itself from past experience can be badly and quickly damaged by UV, so supplying a basic UV proof container for the mask would be good. After all I paid over £120 so I would be happy to pay 10 or 15 pounds more for easy but important improvements...Currently your product is the only one I can wear for fit and prescription (and I have tried several others) and it is close to 5 stars but not quite there yet. Hope this helps...”

“These are tough and I can see pretty well though there's not much peripheral vision, so they feel a bit odd when I'm on the move. They are a bit fiddly to clean - particularly on reassembly as you end up putting fingerprints on the lenses. Overall however, a good product for the money.”

“Glasses arrived on time and well packaged. Tried them first time today. Very sunny. Good comfortable fit. The +2.5 bit enabled me to read Garmin on handlebars clearly as well as read my mobile phone. Lenses do not seem to go dark much at all in sunshine? Am I expecting too much?”
