“I have rated them 3 stars because they sent me the wrong items although the correct items were shown on the invoice. However when I rang them to sort the situation out the phone was answered by a very pleasant lady who sorted the situation straight away to my complete satisfaction. My thanks to her. Things do go wrong sometimes, and you can always tell a good company by how they deal with these situations. On that basis Sports Eyewear Direct is a good one and I shall have no worries about using them again.”

“My set of Hydrotac stick on lenses arrived 1 day after ordering, which is impressive, so well done SportsEyewear. However, I bought these as a replacement for one which fell off my cycling specs whilst riding. So, not good in terms of how long they last. But when in use, they are very good, to able me to switch from distance viewing to reading details on my handlebar tech items.”

“Lenses came promptly in the post. I am not sure that they will do the job I needed them for, they give accurate adjustment but require the reading material to be very close to my face, in other words there is a very short focal distance. I was aiming to use them for specific tasks that need to be a bit further away. Otherwise for pure reading they would be very good.”

“The site is easy to use and the selection of products is very good. However, I did not receive an order confirmation e-mail, or a delivery tracking number. As a non-UK but EU resident that would be very helpful. Today, 5 dats after placing the order I have no idea what is the status and when I can expect the product to be delivered. Not great.”

An automatic email is sent upon placing an order and a second email is sent when the goods are dispatched which will include your tracking details.
