“Apart from the fact that tyres I ordered online were delivered to the wrong depot everything else was fine. The manager did everything he could to locate the tyres and managed to get them to the right place within an hour so my wait wasn't too long.”

“Ordered 2 tyres, thought it would take 2 days to come, took 6 days, on-the-go 5th day got an email saying order was complete, phoned them explained what happened, they aid they would investigate and get back to me, about 30 minutes later got another email with a tracking number, no explanation, didn't know whether they thought I'd had the tyres or not, tried phoning again never got any answer at all, so emailed them explaining everything, telling if they wasn't delivered by the end of that day I wanted a full refund, within about 5 minutes the managers was phoning me apologising for everything, there was amid up with my delivery and they had been reordered and gave me his email address to let him know when they arrived,so he could give me some discount for my trouble, I've emailed him twice no response, so buyer beware.”

“Booked 4 new tyres on line together with tracking and a fitting time and date which was confirmed. When I arrived the branch was closed due to religious celebrations. A wasted 40 mile round trip. A phone call would have been appreciated. Then when I rang 2 days later the branch said they didn't have the 4 tyres yet so had to wait another day. The staff said they had no control over internet bookings. After fitting I lost a wheel trim within 1/4 mile of the fitting centre.”

“The Tyre tech removed my old tyres from their rims then came to me & explained that they were corroded & needed cleaning this would be extra £10 for each wheel, then he found one wheel buckled so it would need a special adhesive that cost speedy`s £100 a tub, the extra cost was £30 & I find this unacceptable for work that any other company would do free of charge. He said when I had another wheel rim he would change it for another £10, I have sent an email explaining this to you but had no response.Order #162092”
