“Product is great! however back jets not as powerful as I thought but I love it!! Disappointing that the bath didn't come with a plug considering the price on the bath! But hey ho! I always read reviews before buying any product hope this helps anyone else buying online Check on my new bath in my new bathroom suite! Love love love”

“Ordered a corner whirlpool bath. Quick delivery and good comparative price. All order received ok...just initially concerned with the heavy repeat emphasis made on checking the delivery as no claim for return afterwards, which is very difficult to deal with based on the size of the item and the fact that it was put on a frame pallet and in wrapping terms, it was basically just put on the pallet and cling film wrapped so could easily get damaged in transit. Equally the delivery guy did not want to hang around... Having said all this the product appears to be fine so at this stage we are pleased with it. Just looking forward to using it once installed. Would use The Whirlpool Bath Shop again, based on this experience.”

“Whirlpool bath was easy to order and delivered on time. The only suggestion would be to rexommend what cleaning products are required at the time of buying the bath as its another thing I have to research and arrange a separate delivery when it would have been quicker and easier to order them at the same time as bath. Thank you.”

“Spent ages looking around online and looked in usual stores, changing our minds a couple of times before deciding to opt for a whirlpool. Found the the whirlpool bath shop and previous reviews, prices and info looked good. We ordered with no problems and someone rang to check the order with us, emailed us drawings so we could decide where to have the controls and advised us about having the shower over the bath and the best way round to have the bath. We haven't fitted it yet, but the bath looks great and will hopefully be in quite soon (hence 4 stars). Delivery was good too, we were informed of the delivery date and the bath arrived well packed on pallet and the driver was polite and helpful and was happy to wait while I checked for any obvious damage. I will update this review once we have the bathroom finished, but overall a good experience.”

“Very helpful service via email and over the phone. I went for whirlpool jets and air spa jets. The air spa is fantastic, I don't feel the whirlpool jets are that effective, and the back and foot jets are very weak. The colour changing light is great. Prompt delivery, no issues”

“The bath was delivered on time, but comes packed on two pallets which need to be disposed of. Also, the delivery company will not enter the house, so it needs two people to unpack the bath outside as the pallets make it impossible to get the bath into the house. The company insist on checking the bath for faults such as cracks or loose pipes, but this is not easy when the bath is still on the pallets and wrapped in cling-film. The delivery driver was not prepared to wait while we unwrapped the bath and instead told us to mark the receipt as "unchecked", something the company says we should not do. However, the bath was fine when unwrapped.”

“The service was very good and professional and the delivery procedure was explained in great detail. The items were delivered on time as agreed. After delivery it was necessary for me to ask some technical details about the fitting of the products. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful. My only gripe is that some trim was damaged and as yet it still hasn't been replaced. But generally the service and products are very good.”
