“The choice these days is between a High Street brand/chain or an independent, which boils down to price versus service. I am sure I could have got my hearing aids cheaper via eg Boots but I am happy that the service and personal attention I received from SE Hearing was far and away better value for money”

“I walked into the Bexleyheath branch of the South East Hearing Care Centre and was met by a very friendly receptionist and audiologist called Tania. I was very nervous about having my ears micro-suctioned but Tania couldn't have been more reassuring and was so patient with me. She was able to show me before and after pictures inside my ear and the relief of being able to hear again properly has been amazing. I would highly recommend Tania to anyone who is looking to have ear wax removal. She is excellent at it and very patient and caring.”

“I gave my previous review of South East Hearing Care Centres following micro-suction treatment. Subsequent hearing tests revealed my hearing aids at that time required substantial upgrading. My new hearing aids were fitted just over a month ago and the difference can only be described as amazing. Throughout the whole exercise I received, and continue to receive, the same excellent level of care and professionalism that prompted my initial review. I will most certainly continue to use their services in the future.”

“Although I cannot complain about the service. I am concerned about the amount of money I paid for micro suction. £120 seems excessive compared to other London clinics. The hearing test was very thorough and Patricia was excellent. It just seemed very pricey.”
