“I was excited to receive my delivery from SoulBia but ended up a little disappointed as my order of 2 packs of Violife Mediterranean Grill Cheese did not arrive and I instead received 2 packs of Violife Mature Slices. I felt the hassle of returning them was too much but for such a relatively small order (two other items were ordered and arrived as requested) I didn’t think that perfect fulfillment was too much to ask. Will make me think twice about future orders. Sorry. X”

“I love soulbia. They have amazing customer care, probably the best I have experienced here. They also ship very quickly. If you order refrigerated items, they are packed in an ice pack and are perfectly chilled when they arrive. Also a great selection of goodies. I love the clearance section. The lovely attitude of the staff is the reason I continue shopping at Soulbia. 10/10”
