Ordered from them twice it was fine then ordered bone broth again and never arrived. Never got refunded, they never answered my emails or refunded me. Never ordering again obviously.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Soulbia have ignored my emails and calls. I have not received my delivery, over 6 weeks later, and the company has not communicated with me AT ALL. It appears they are a SCAM COMPANY set up to give the impression of an online shop. I am initiating a refund with the bank but before I did, I wanted to give them the benefit of all doubt. But I am NOT HAPPY with their lack of communication. They USED ME, TOOK MY MONEY and now WONT ANSWER MY CALLS OR EMAILS. If you are considering ordering, DON'T DO IT. There are plenty of more worthy shops out there. SOULBIA is NOT ONE OF THEM.

I ordered some products 2 months ago, and they only arrived yesterday. The products were for my wedding at the end of February, I thought ordering a month in advance was surely enough time. Since it's food I didn't want to order too far in advance in case it expired before my wedding. The day before my wedding we were scrambling to find food replacements for my order, the lateness of this caused me immense stress and the order ended up being a complete waste of money

If I could leave no stars I would. How they have such a high rating on this site is baffling. Do not order from this company. Read reviews in Trustpilot and google. Majority say same thing. Shockingly poor if non existent customer service. Placed order beginning November received order confirmation and that’s it. I sent many many emails snd tried phoning and did not get one reply. It was only when I said I was going to claim back through my bank did my order finally arrive last week. Such a shame as great choice of products but they need to fix their customer service and delivery times. I would love to be able to order from them again but have zero confidence in them. A little communication would go a very long way.

I received my goods 6 weeks after I ordered them. In the meantime, I sent 6 emails en tried the chat online to be updated, but nobody ever answered me. Customer service is absolutely awful. They don't care.

Terrible service, nothing has been delivered and yet I am being asked to write a review, what a nerve. You have given no replies to my emails and I don’t know what is happening. Terrible way to run any business! Shame on you!

Bewildered! Ordered €90+ of items and got a confirmation email straigh away, but after a week hadn't got the delivery, so I emailed. Got no reply, so I tried phoning. Got no reply, so I emailed asking for a refund. Got no reply, so 2 weeks after my order I started a chargeback on my credit card and left reviews on google and trustpilot saying that this website was a scam of some kind. Within 2 hours of leaving the reviews someone from SoulBia emailed me to say they were sorry that there was a problem and they would find out what went wrong and get back to me in a day or two. It's now a week later and I haven't heard anything from them. If this was a one-off then there might be a good explanation for why they wouldn't send my goods and wouldn't reply to emails or phone calls, but if you look at the reviews on their facebook page, or google, or trustpilot you can see that this has happened to lots of other people, so I'm just bewildered as to why anyone would run a business this way. My advice is to shop elsewhere.

We didn't receive the order, which we enquired about several times with no reply. Then we contacted you through PayPal, and you returned our money

Ordered items 3 weeks ago. Received half the order. Emailed about the rest of my order took ye a week to reply... that was a week ago now where I was told they were dispatched. Still have not received my order. Very poor communication and follow up.

Had no email letting me know my order was going to be delivered. Parcel ended up at local post office and was defrosted by the time I picked it up.
