“slow to dispatch and zero communication. I've contacted about an order and when it was to be dispatched but never get a reply. They also don't let you know something is out of stock when you're placing your order, you just randomly get a refund of things when it's dispatched - I'd rather know when ordering. Saying that, the products are top notch and arrive quickly when they are dispatched”

“I was excited to receive my delivery from SoulBia but ended up a little disappointed as my order of 2 packs of Violife Mediterranean Grill Cheese did not arrive and I instead received 2 packs of Violife Mature Slices. I felt the hassle of returning them was too much but for such a relatively small order (two other items were ordered and arrived as requested) I didn’t think that perfect fulfillment was too much to ask. Will make me think twice about future orders. Sorry. X”

“I only ordered 2 bags of vegan mozzarella at roughly €2.60 each and was charged over €5 for delivery. €11 for 2 bags, a bit dear but no problem. However when I'm only sent 1 bag and it's now €8 per bag that's a bit rich. Had I been contacted by the company I would have just cancelled the order.”
