“Bewildered! Ordered €90+ of items and got a confirmation email straigh away, but after a week hadn't got the delivery, so I emailed. Got no reply, so I tried phoning. Got no reply, so I emailed asking for a refund. Got no reply, so 2 weeks after my order I started a chargeback on my credit card and left reviews on google and trustpilot saying that this website was a scam of some kind. Within 2 hours of leaving the reviews someone from SoulBia emailed me to say they were sorry that there was a problem and they would find out what went wrong and get back to me in a day or two. It's now a week later and I haven't heard anything from them. If this was a one-off then there might be a good explanation for why they wouldn't send my goods and wouldn't reply to emails or phone calls, but if you look at the reviews on their facebook page, or google, or trustpilot you can see that this has happened to lots of other people, so I'm just bewildered as to why anyone would run a business this way. My advice is to shop elsewhere.”

“No complaints with the product but quality of service is not good. Following confirmation of the order and payment I got no information on delivery and despite several attempts via live chat and email I failed to receive any response whatsoever”

“Goods were well packaged, careful and secure. Impressed one item came with an ice pack to keep it cool. Great selection of products. Good notice of delivery etc... However, customer service is very disappointing. I contacted the company regarding one item which was incorrect. Waiting 2 weeks for contact... perhaps this will work?”

“The best bone broth on the market. This is exactly what a bone broth should taste like, not too salty or spicy, the perfect balance of ingredients. As a nutritionist, I can say that bone broth is perfect for the gut-brain connection, and it's full of nutrients that are good for your microbiome. Pity you can't buy it in the UK so I order it online from Ireland.”

“Was delighted with the swift delivery and how the products arrived. I had never ordered products before that had to be in fridge, they were packaged enclosed in cool packs and we're super fresh. Would highly reccomend SoulBia to others.”
