“I was very well looked after by a family member when I first visited the showroom. I emailed Garry following my visit to discuss deliberations over 2 hot tubs. Garry was quick to call me, even whilst dealing with a family situation, I arranged to revisit the showroom to meet Garry, who was extremely patient with all my questions, his knowledge & experience with regard to hot tubs is second to none which prompted me to place my order for an Aquasolus Cypress. We arranged a crane independently for an early morning lift which was planned in coordination with Garrys delivery team. With the hot tub in situation Garry stayed whilst the tub filled and took me through all the chemical requirements, followed up by an easy to follow instruction document. Somerset Hot Tubs come highley recommended and we have no concerns with any follow up help, we will continue to support Garry and his team as a local company when it comes to future chemical supplies and service needs. A personal approach from an established local family firm. Alison & Glyn”

“We cant say how impressed we are with Somerset hot tubs. They are very friendly helpful and honest. Even telling us to go for a smaller model to ensure it could be installed where we wanted it. Even when they had a family issue which meant that they had to close the show room they kept us informed when they could install the hot tub. Since they have come back to ensure that we are running it correctly. If you want a hot tub look no further than this company”

“I couldn't be happier. We had - like a lot of people - initially thought that we'd buy online. The main reason for heading to their showroom was just to get a feel for the tubs on offer. But, from the moment we chatted to Garry, it was clear that going with them would be the best option all round. He took the time to talk us through various options, pros, and cons. He was open and honest and not even slightly salesy or pushy. We went away to make a decision. Very relaxed! Then, having picked the tub we wanted, they paid us a visit to check the site. Delivery was arranged promptly. The installation wasn't straightforward, given where it was being sited, but both Garry, Ben and Matt from the manufacturer sorted everything out. No fuss. No hassle. Once it was up and running they patiently took me through the operation and the water treatment options. A mini chemistry lesson in it's own right! We might have paid a bit more than if we'd gone online but there is no doubt in my mind that they were worth every penny. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Yesterday Gary & Ben fitted an Air source heat pump to our hot tub. As usual they were very efficient & it was in and working within 4 hours. It is a pleasure to deal with such a considerate company. The energy saving is considerable & we noticed it straight away. Highly recommend both the company and having a ASHP fitted. Thank you.”

“A fantastic company with brilliant staff. We bought our hot tub from them just over a year ago and they were extremely helpful with their advice from sale through to the installation the tub. They have just been for the tub's annual check & again we received the same high quality of service as before. Would highly recommend them.”

“We have an eight year old Vita spa model, and have always bought our spares (headrests, cover, chlorine dispenser etc.) from their excellent online shop, but recently had to replace one of the pumps, which is a more significant investment. Garry and his team were able to get us booked in and fixed up with a new working pump within days, at a good price. Friendly and efficient service with the parts you need. Excellent.”

“We bought our Hot Tub from Somerset Hot Tubs 5 1/2 years ago now. We have always relied on Gary and the team, and they have always been helpful and responsive. Unfortunately we recently lost both the main and secondary blowers. Gary came out to replace these and all was well. Bizarrely, the heater failed shortly after Gary left. He was extremely apologetic even though it was nothing to do with him, just bad timing. Nevertheless, he was back on the next working day and replaced the heater element. Can’t fault the service from Somerset Hot Tubs and would recommend anyone to consider Gary and his team for a new hot tub or servicing requirements.”

“Somerset Hot Tubs are a very professional and experienced company with an excellent knowledge of hot tubs. As an inexperienced hot tub user, they took their time to explain everything I needed to know about running the hot tub and the routine testing requirements with continuing support especially when visiting their showroom for additional chemicals and supplies. I would definitely recommend Somerset Hot Tubs if you are buying a new hot tub or just need support with an existing hot tub.”
