“A fantastic company with brilliant staff. We bought our hot tub from them just over a year ago and they were extremely helpful with their advice from sale through to the installation the tub. They have just been for the tub's annual check & again we received the same high quality of service as before. Would highly recommend them.”

“We have an eight year old Vita spa model, and have always bought our spares (headrests, cover, chlorine dispenser etc.) from their excellent online shop, but recently had to replace one of the pumps, which is a more significant investment. Garry and his team were able to get us booked in and fixed up with a new working pump within days, at a good price. Friendly and efficient service with the parts you need. Excellent.”

“We bought our Hot Tub from Somerset Hot Tubs 5 1/2 years ago now. We have always relied on Gary and the team, and they have always been helpful and responsive. Unfortunately we recently lost both the main and secondary blowers. Gary came out to replace these and all was well. Bizarrely, the heater failed shortly after Gary left. He was extremely apologetic even though it was nothing to do with him, just bad timing. Nevertheless, he was back on the next working day and replaced the heater element. Can’t fault the service from Somerset Hot Tubs and would recommend anyone to consider Gary and his team for a new hot tub or servicing requirements.”

“Somerset Hot Tubs are a very professional and experienced company with an excellent knowledge of hot tubs. As an inexperienced hot tub user, they took their time to explain everything I needed to know about running the hot tub and the routine testing requirements with continuing support especially when visiting their showroom for additional chemicals and supplies. I would definitely recommend Somerset Hot Tubs if you are buying a new hot tub or just need support with an existing hot tub.”

“Having reported that our hot tub had a leak Garry asked a few quick questions then agreed a date and time to visit. He arrived on time and carried some tests and established the most likely causes of the leak. He then emptied the tub as it is a Roto model meaning that the access to most of the plumbing is via the base. Having done this he quickly found the fault and carried out a repair. The tub was refilled and tested to ensure the repair had corrected the fault. So fault both found and cured in the one visit, leaving me a happy customer. Garry's brought all the equipment he needed with him, cleared up after him and gave me an explanation of the fault and what may have caused it. His manner and workmanship throughout was very professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend Somerset Hot Tubs for both Sales and Repairs.”

“Our hot tub arrived on the due date and was installed, by Gary, his son Ben and Rich. Very efficient and professional. Full operating instructions were given in a friendly manner and we were left with a fully working unit. We had a failure after five weeks, so after one email out of hours, we had an instant reply and the engineers attended next day, rectified, the problem, under warranty. So we are very pleased with service and recommend Somerset hot tubs, to anyone looking to purchase one.”

“Excellent service, Garry came and visited to check access to the garden. Although another company said we would need to hire a crane, Garry said there was no need, so saved a lot of money. The delivery men were extremely professional, went through all the care instructions with us. Overall excellent service”

“Ordered our hot tub earlier in the year and from day 1 the service support and professionalism has been Brillant…great people and more important our hot tub from being fitted and the quality of the hot tub we are over the moon and have to give Somerset Hot tubs 10/10 and will not use anyone else going forward for hot tub’s”

“We can’t recommend Somerset Hot Tubs highly enough. From the decision making through to the after sales care Gary and Tracey have been knowledgeable and friendly. With the restrictions in place with COVID we were kept informed of delivery schedules The site visit was a “must” and helped us to determine access issues and correct positioning of the tub in the garden. We have and are thoroughly enjoying the tub and wished we’d bought one years ago.”
