“Having reported that our hot tub had a leak Garry asked a few quick questions then agreed a date and time to visit. He arrived on time and carried some tests and established the most likely causes of the leak. He then emptied the tub as it is a Roto model meaning that the access to most of the plumbing is via the base. Having done this he quickly found the fault and carried out a repair. The tub was refilled and tested to ensure the repair had corrected the fault. So fault both found and cured in the one visit, leaving me a happy customer. Garry's brought all the equipment he needed with him, cleared up after him and gave me an explanation of the fault and what may have caused it. His manner and workmanship throughout was very professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend Somerset Hot Tubs for both Sales and Repairs.”

“Our hot tub arrived on the due date and was installed, by Gary, his son Ben and Rich. Very efficient and professional. Full operating instructions were given in a friendly manner and we were left with a fully working unit. We had a failure after five weeks, so after one email out of hours, we had an instant reply and the engineers attended next day, rectified, the problem, under warranty. So we are very pleased with service and recommend Somerset hot tubs, to anyone looking to purchase one.”

“Excellent service, Garry came and visited to check access to the garden. Although another company said we would need to hire a crane, Garry said there was no need, so saved a lot of money. The delivery men were extremely professional, went through all the care instructions with us. Overall excellent service”

“Ordered our hot tub earlier in the year and from day 1 the service support and professionalism has been Brillant…great people and more important our hot tub from being fitted and the quality of the hot tub we are over the moon and have to give Somerset Hot tubs 10/10 and will not use anyone else going forward for hot tub’s”

Has been 1st class, no hard sell, no pushy aftersales, just pure customer focus and professionalism..we cannot thank them enough, do not go anywhere else...you willnot find better than Somerset Hot Tubs..”

“We can’t recommend Somerset Hot Tubs highly enough. From the decision making through to the after sales care Gary and Tracey have been knowledgeable and friendly. With the restrictions in place with COVID we were kept informed of delivery schedules The site visit was a “must” and helped us to determine access issues and correct positioning of the tub in the garden. We have and are thoroughly enjoying the tub and wished we’d bought one years ago.”

“Had no idea what hot tub we wanted or much idea of what the difference between hot tubs was. From the very first time i spoke to Garry he was helpful and clear vastly knowledgeable and in no way pushy. He provided lots of advice and options for us which helped us make our decision. He then visited to do a site visit and as the patio was still being built holding onto the tub until we were ready was never a problem and there was no pressure to do anything other than contact him when we were ready. Installation day was similarly seamless and he took the time to explain how everything worked and how to use chemicals etc . The hot tub is absolutely perfect for us and we havent needed any after care service but i am 100% confident that it was be as excellent as the service we have received todate Cannot recommend Somerset Hot Tubs highly enough for a friendly professional service and have already recommended then to a couple of friends”

“So pleased we chose Somerset Hot Tubs for our first hot tub. Garry and Tracey were so knowledgable and not pushy or hard sell at all. Good family run firm. Lee and Derek the installation team arrived on time and in the pouring rain but didn't complain. Very sleek and efficient installation and very friendly. Definitely recommend this company.”

“A big thank you to Garry – Tracy and the team for going that extra mile in installing our first Hot Tub a beautiful Vita-Spa Prestige. Somerset Hot Tubs were very helpful and honest about how much it would cost to run (ie electric/chemicals and maintenance time) when we went to their showroom for advice back in July 2020, but due to Covid-19 and lockdowns all around the world we had to wait for delivery until this week (23/02/21) and was it worth the wait, oh yes it is a absolutely wonderful hot tub.”

“We have just had our first ever Hot Tub supplied and installed by Somerset Hot Tubs. Garry and the team were exceptionally helpful from start to finish. Offering advice on which Tub would suit our needs. The installation was carried out professionally, and with minimal amount of fuss, with advice on how to look after and maintain our new tub.
