Arrived with a big scratch on the bottom as some of the protective foam was ripped, but I had black spray paint handy so it’s not noticeable anymore.

Good service and quick delivery at a time where fitness equipment is in short supply. The bar was in good condition when delivered, however the clamps had some scratches on them (they are in working order, so we've kept them rather than go to the hassle of returning). Overall, we are happy with the service and products we purchased.

I am very please with the equipment and product however the delivery process was not as promised. I was advised someone will contact me with delivery time but this didn’t happen and despite sending emails to clarify this did not get a response from the team. I also paid extra for delivery in your chosen room option but the delivery team were unable to do this as it meant going up a flight of stairs. I later emailed the solo fitness team to clarify if this delivery option excluded stairs but didn’t receive a response. I would recommend the product itself however I wasn’t happy with the delivery or the lack of communication from the solo fitness team regarding the delivery.

Unfortunately I cannot give more than a one star at present due to the fact I still haven't received my order one week on....Order no #SOLO2557. I sent an email on Friday 1st March at 7.09am to ask if someone could at least chase up my order and contact me back the same day and no one has bothered regardless that you are open from 8.30-5.30. Customer service was none existent due to no response to my email very dissatisfied and I can't comment on the item ordered as it hasn't arrived.

Very poor service. I have called and asked for a certain day delivery. My order amount was not small - over 1500£ order not only wasn't delivered on time but tracking was still showing it were in a warehouse while it was just dropped on a pallet outside the house without any notification or signature. A very heavy delivery was just left on the street. Very disappointed with this type of service.
