I am very please with the equipment and product however the delivery process was not as promised. I was advised someone will contact me with delivery time but this didn’t happen and despite sending emails to clarify this did not get a response from the team. I also paid extra for delivery in your chosen room option but the delivery team were unable to do this as it meant going up a flight of stairs. I later emailed the solo fitness team to clarify if this delivery option excluded stairs but didn’t receive a response.
I would recommend the product itself however I wasn’t happy with the delivery or the lack of communication from the solo fitness team regarding the delivery.
