“Have brought 2 in the last month have only used 1 It worked fine on windows 10-Pro no problems at all 1 Had to put windows 7 on the other laptop as it was not suitable for win-10 So I still have 1 in reserve Y pay microsoft prices when you get the same for under £25 Keep it up you Geeks. “Provided clear instructions to upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Professional. Use Dummy Key from Windows Store to upgrade to Windows 10 Professional, then use Product Key provided in the email to activate Windows 10 Professional when system has been upgraded.”

Hello Ananda, We do not advertise telephone support and do not claim to offer it before you purchase. The online chat facility is online Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
