“My comment of 30th April about the Windows 10 licence was incorrect. Now that I have had time to try again on new kit with a blank disk it worked perfectly. I don't know what I did wrong last time to get an error.”

“Generall Software Geeks provide a fast a good level of support, but need to make things clearer on their web site when you order, eg: Contact Software Geeks if there is a problem validating Windows Software - not Microsoft.”

“The Download procedure was a bit different to normal downloads, I had to hunt for this virtualized disk, then there was no sign of setupexe, (not in my 'start' menu like I did on windows 7) but I scrolled down the list and found setup. sorted it in the end. No problems so far, a good buy, I'm very pleased with the result.”

“Ordered Windows 8.1 which installed correctly using the key supplied. Tried a Win 10 download afterwards which also worked didn’t have to use a key code it was happy with the 8.1 code that was active on my account. Excellent service which does to my surprise work.”

“I purchased your product but I am not computer savvy and do not understand how how to use it.I have gotten nowhere after several attempts and I am at the point I am afraid of ruining my computer.If you had a phone number I would have called for help.”
