“Unfortunately I have not had a very good experience with your company. I am still waiting for an answer to my question as to whether I am entitled to a refund or whether i have lost my £19.95. I had trouble downloading and burning my I.S.O. files. So at the moment I do not know where I stand. YOURS SINCERELY A.J.HUNT”

“I bought a Windows 7 licence. I was a bit sceptical about wether I could activate it sucsessfully but it was fine. I've bought two more since and they were fine too. They did need phone activation instead of on-line but it wasnt a problem. Excellent value.”
