“I had never heard of this company (respectively speaking) I took the courage and needed to find windows OS for cheap and I wanted to have something official and make sure it was a clean install. The company sent an email with the license key, even though some people have been having issues. I installed windows in 20 minutes (the latest OS I've installed was many years ago and it was XP) With the instructions and license key working I cannot fault the company one bit. Very smooth transaction, I would recommend and use again.”

“Although the instructions were there I found the whole 7zip part confusing. This instal would certainly not be for novice users. Also, after 4.5 hours on the phone with Microsoft we still cannot get my outlook to work with my Hotmail account. Other than that, the rest of the applications seem to be working so far. Lastly, it's very frustrating Softwrargeeks only has email as a contact method.”

Hi Donald, Paypal did not step in as the case did not apply for a refund, as it is covered by our returns policy. Only issue here was that you did not read nor follow our instructions. Order was refunded a month ago as an exception by US, not paypal. We find very disconforting to get a review like this in a case were we acted on good faith, even assuming the costs of a lost license that was perfectly valid for use. Regards,
