“Ordered a download, had a couple of questions but their 'chat now' didn't work. A bit disappointing. I found the website a bit aukward to navigate also. The download worked fine though so worked out ok in the end.”

“£14.99 to upgrade to Windows 7 and it worked perfectly, no fuss, no telephone calls needed, just brilliant! Thank you. Updating Windows 7 with all the hundreds of further updates after SP1 was a pain but that is not down to Software Geeks.”

“I was skeptical at first about a windows 7 license at £15. However a quick check showed the difference in prices. I trusted Software Geeks from past, and the trustwave, plus reviews added more confidence. Purchased key, installed software with no issues. Highly recommended.”

“The purchase process was easy and a query I had was answered very quickly (though I did not fully understand the answer). The version of Windows 10 that I selected (an iso file) took more than two hours to download - I am not sure to what extent (if any) Software Geeks was responsible for that. The actual installation of Windows 10 proceeded without any problems though again it was a slow and tedious task even though it required minimal input from me. Overall, I am a happy customer and would certainly be content to use this supplier again.”

“None of the download links for the software sent to me by email worked I gad to email customer services to get a link that worked. No option to phone customer services is not helpfull. And it took three attempts to pay for the software! But it's cheap atleast.”
