“Instructions were very clear, even for a person like me who does not have much I.T experience. I did panic at first and though i've been send something i did not order till i read the e-mailed instructions. Very pleased with price as i saved myself £40 by not buying a CD from amazon. Pc running all well and fine and upgrade was straight forward”

“The website purchasing was easy and worked. The windows 7 licence activated directly The windows 10 licence activated only after some head scratching and then on the support chat page and it was all good. My only criticism was a minor documentation gotcha. I had to install a clean system rather than activate the existing installation.”
