“Like most I was a bit skeptical at first, not fully understanding how it works. Having now bought multiple copies of various products and having never had a problem with any, I can honestly say that I wouldn't buy software anywhere else. I have even recommended SG to others, which I certainly wouldn't do if I was not 100% happy with the product or service.”

“Was in need of a Windows 7 installation for an old but capable laptop. Microsoft no longer offer upgrade to this OS so after quick internet search I took a chance on Software Geeks offer of a new Windows 7 32-bit Home Premium image and windows code. The information provided by Software Geeks and instructions to follow were clear and straightforward and I'm pleased to say have worked perfectly. I now have a working laptop thanks to the Software Geeks purchase.”

“I bought Home and Student 2016. It was a bit of a nightmare to download. For an older person who is not a natural, the instructions were not clear enough. After many attempts and liaising with sons who are savvy, it still did not download. I "chatted" to a guy who said it should work! Eventually, on my final attempt, it worked but I had to ignore the on screen instructions and actually use some common sense. I saw quite a number of online comments from others who also had problems so it isn't just me!”

“Due to an oversight I bought a key for the wrong version of windows 7. They don't stock keys for the version I needed and refused to give me a refund so I've spent £15 on some numbers. Great service guys.”
