“I was moving from Windows 10 Home to Pro so started on Page 11 of the Windows 10 Pro Installation Instructions. The scary bit was Step 4 (page 11) which says "Click on change product key" when it actually said on my machine "Activate". Because Step 3 had already said to connect to the internet I already had done. I didn't click on Activate - FIRST I disconnected again from the internet.. Then clicked on activate and then I got the Change product key option. Before entering the key I was supplied with, I connected to the internet, entered the product key and all was good. This may be a total red herring but it was for me a bit scary as the instructions expected me to activate when at that point there was no activate link available to me.”

“Great price!! Download link and product key was instant after payment. Installation straightforward, but I did have to ask when to use the product key (open any application and go to Help, then it asks for product key) so I would include this info in the confirmation. Very happy :)”

“Parfait, rapide et fiable. Allez-y ! La suite était en anglais. Il suffit de télécharger le pack de langues supplémentaires sur le site Microsoft et de l'installer : rapide et facile. J'ai maintenant un pack office pro 2010 en français pour moins de 25€ ! Rq : je n'ai pas eu besoin de saisir le code fournit avec le téléchargement (?).”
