“Quick, with no problems. Purchased Windows 7, then Windows 10. There is a free upgrade from Microsoft W7->W10, This resulted in instability on a laptop and desktop - so I bought W10 for a clean install from here - now happy.”

“I don't know how these guys do it but they consistently provide quality software at great prices, with helpful back up if you get into difficulties. They may not have quite as many sales events as DFS (though they run them close) so you could only be disappointed by buying something one day and seeing it 15% on their website the next.”

“I bought Windows 10 Pro and now have an activated copy running on my laptop and an ISO back up flash. Delivery was prompt and the installation instructions were clear and comprehensive. On first attempt at installation, I received a message that W10 could not be installed on a GPT partitioned disk. I am sure that if I had contacted Softwaregeeks Support, they would have walked me through the repartitioning process, but I eventually found documentation elsewhere on the web which explained the difference between GPT and MBR partitioning and I developed a whole new understanding of my BIOS. It might be helpful in future for the Softgeeks documentation to have a little more on things that can go wrong and how to fix them, but I learned a whole lot more about IT in the process, which can't be bad..”
