“I was skeptical at first but everything they said came true which made my day and me a happy camper. I must admit, this time I got pleasantly surprised. I am satisfied with my Windows 10 Pro purchase from Softwaregeeks. I saved enough money that I was able to buy MS Office 2019 Plus, which is the full version. (I received a lifetime license with it too! I will never have to buy it again!) Sweet!!! Ric S”

“Absolutely no support!!! Emailed twice regarding being unable to download and still no response. To date I haven't received an email with the key or confirmation of the transaction! I would not recommend.”

Hi Adrian, You did not even contact us for help! We have a support email and all orders have a 1 year warranty. If we cannot resolve, we refund the orders. Please reply to our email as writing a bad review without contacting us is not the best way to resolve a problem. Regards,
