“I had a problem recently when my BT Hub threw one of it's all too frequent wobblers just as I pressed the "BUY" button when ordering some Win 7 Pro licences. The result was that I ended up with two purchases, six licences and two identical debits to my Paypal account. A few days later I used the online "Chat" service on the Software Geeks Website, conversed with a lovely chap called Jack and he sorted it all out, no problem, no drama. Well done Jack, well done Software Geeks.”
