“I simply copied the disc image to a usb stick and the install went smoothly. I needed to install KB3083710 and KB3102810 to get updates to work. It need about 230 items to bring it up to date. This all went smoothly and the laptop is up and running. I hope this is helpful.”

“Simple fast and easy transaction. Initially I was hesitant being concerned for being scammed but this has been a perfect transaction. I had a few issues with the install and emailed for assistance which was prompt and effective. The written instructions could be a little more in depth for novice users but I got there in the end.
