“Brought windows 7 professional, got code emailed over with download links within 5 mins, however after installation windows message informs that the key is not genuine. Not happy.”

Hi Simon, Your product key is 100% valid and working. This message is caused by yourself, not fully activating Windows after installation. If you would have emailed regarding this matter, which would have been quicker & easier than writing this review, we could have helped. Softwaregeeks

“I have purchased 2 bits of software from Geeks and both are working perfectly. Was initially concerned about the licenses working but had absolutely no problems. Had to enter it a second time once setup and updates had completed on the copy of Win 7 Home, but it is all sorted now. Excellent services and have had no qualms about recommending Software Geeks to others.”

“The product itself is now running fine, was available at an excellent price and easy to download - except then I ran into problems with my Microsoft/Google accounts not recognising the new download. I had cancelled the old Office 365 package to get the better price and that caused problems. In the end it cost me money getting help to fix the problem, so I would have done better to stick to the more expensive package and just renew.”

“I purchased an upgrade licence from Windows Vista to 7. The downloaded software was fine but the accompanying instructions .pdf bore little relation to the actual installation process. There is no mention of having to restart and boot from the installation instead of the memory stick/disk or whatever you created. This caused a lot of frustration and time wasting.”

“I read a number of reviews before I purchased the software, a number complaining the software did not work. I was a little apprehensive but decided to go ahead anyway. The software download arrived with a set of instructions which I followed to the letter, software worked perfectly. I can see there are steps in the instructions which may be easily skipped and I would bet it was this that others had problems with. I would definitely use software geeks again and will always read the instructions first, in my experience the service was quick, hugely cheaper than elsewhere but needs focus to follow all steps - 5 * from me as I cannot fault any part of the process or product, I’m glad I took what I deemed as a risk as the result is spot on”
