“I phoned software Geeks, asked all the questions that I could think off about the product that I required, All questions were answered in plain and simple terms to the fullest extent and more. So I ordered it and it arrived within 48 hours as I had ordered it a bit late in the day. When it arrived it was just as I had been informed and was perfect for the job that I required. “Pretty smooth, one little issue quickly resolved. Very good customer service. I've bought three licenses now, all are working well. I will be buying all Windows Licences here for the foreseeable future. Would be truly great if the phone line was working, though. Still, wasn't too hard to make contact via the online chat.”

“I ordered a copy of Windows 10 Pro for a very reasonable price. Receiving the download link and serial was very quick and I made backups of those downloads to disc, so I can install my copy of Windows to a machine whenever I need to. A very good service - enough for me to take a few minutes out of my busy day to write this review - and a very good priced product. Would recommend as a seller and will use again for Windows 11 ;)”

“Was worried it wasn't going to work given the very low price, but they did exactly what they said they were going to do (I bought a W7 licence; did need to call up Microsoft to get it activated, very simple process though) which was outstanding, got the licence immediately (another company I've gone with sat on the order for a couple of days). However, would have been 5 stars, but accidentally bought the wrong licence, and not only didn't they refund me (which was my fault and might be fair play, not sure or too bothered about it really), but they didn't even respond to my enquiry, which was a bit off.”
