An independent family run business established in 2004, we are based in the picturesque flat fens of Lincolnshire in the UK. “Disappointed, because after brexit the total price of goods after taxes climbs quite high in EU and dealing with the customs is quite cumbersome.”

“The parcels came from ZapZero Ltd. and the products were in good condition except for the box of one of the products which looked like it was beaten up. The No Quibble returns policy seems to be fair, but I would prefer a button next to the product in the order with an automatic return procedure to make it faff-free.”

“RECOMMENDED - Color does not match website COLOR - Be aware the in-person barnacle color is salmon / white / marine which contrasts with the website color which appears to be sienna / cream / brown. SIZE - True to size, tending to be larger. CONSTRUCTION - Weave is coarse and thick. Great casual sock for ankle boots. Breaths well. DURABILITY - Washing warm and drying low seems to retain the size and stretch.”

“I like the products and have been shopping here for years but I really do not like the new website. The search function is hopeless and so are the filters on search. I was serching for Falk Sensitive London men's socks - got 338 hits including women's stockings and babies booties”

“I bought 2 pairs of socks which took longer than expected to arrive. The socks were ok but my main issue was the delivery time. You expect same day postage but I suppose that means SocksFox would need to hold a huge stock socks. I would use them again”

““Free shipping” advertised is misleading. Their is a purchase total threshold which must be crossed before the shipping is free and that was not at all clear to me. I expected free shipping and did not get it.”

I'm sorry you thought our advertising wasn't clear. We use the term "Free Shipping is Available" which we feel dosn't imply all orders qualify for free shipping. We also explain our shipping thresholds on every product listng and in a number of other areas on our site.
