“Brilliant from start to finish! Despite having to cancel our first ski holiday in 2021, the Snow Finders team swiftly helped us through the options and we were able to book a holiday to La Plagne in 2022. They were fantastic anticipating nervous questions about pre covid flight requirements and we were able to build up a reliable connection with the team prior to our holiday. Needless to say our week in La Plagne was magical. We were on a bit of a budget, couldn’t justify a fully catered chalet and I’d done my research on higher ski resorts for our April ski trip. No problem to Snow Finders who gave us lots of affordable options. They found us a superb, spacious self catering apartment, on the slopes, ski in ski out, amazing facilities with a pool too. Teenage kids loved it! Thank you Snow Finders”

“We can't fault Snow Finders. This was our first experience with them and the whole process couldn't have run more smoothly. Communication was always very quick and easy, we were given lots of options at the start and we received a very personal service which you won't get with the big operators - even the transfers they recommended came up trumps. The most notable positive aspect of our holiday was when the flights were cancelled by the airline due to Covid - Snow Finders simply and quickly rearranged our holiday at a time that suited all of our family group. It was the first snow holiday for our grandchildren and they loved Chalet Valeriane in La Rosiere and the staff so much they didn't want to go home. We will defo use Snow Finders again.”

“Snowfinders have been finding fun winter holidays for us since 2006. They are able to look across a number of operators to offer a wide selection of destinations at competitive prices. They always know what we want and the agents are readily accessible and often have personal experience of the different resorts to share.”

“We have used Snowfinders for many family ski holidays. Despite being a large group with many different requirements Imogen has always found us the perfect holiday. Even in the dreaded 2021 she ensured we were quickly refunded. I can’t recommend them enough.”

“I have used snowfinders now a few times to find and book our ski holidays. They have always provided an excellent service and our holidays have been fantastic. This year they found us a great chalet in La Plagne. The accommodation and food was great and the chalet hosts made a real effort to provide the perfect holiday. I'll use snowfinders again for our next ski holiday.”

“We used Snowfinders for the first time this year. Having always used the larger ski companies, we were pleasantly surprised with the excellent bespoke service of Snowfinders. Sadly, due to the pandemic and not being able to travel to France, our initial ski holiday was cancelled. We were called by Snowfinders and they were so lovely even though, I presume, they had to make so many calls to disappoint customers. They were quick to return our money paid in full. As soon as the French would allow us to travel again, we were straight on to Snowfinders. They were brilliant. You could hear that their phones were ringing off the hook, but they gave excellent and friendly customer service and found us a brilliant chalet in Val just over the road from the lift. The whole process was seamless and everything was on point. In fact, it was the best chalet we have ever stayed in. Travel to and from resort was easy and dealt with professionally. We were met in resort by the team who carried our bags to the chalet and gave us cake! What more could you want?! We are looking forward to booking with Snowfinders again this coming season.”

“We used Snowfinders for the first time to book a long awaited ski trip for myself and sister. Nick and his colleagues were v patient going through the options ( with concerns re covid we were nervous of booking too early!) and revisiting them a number of times over a number of weeks before committing! We went by Snowtrain and both the price and holiday we had were great. The team we’re friendly, patient and clearly v knowledgeable. I would def use Snowfinders services again”

“1st use this year - late booking but everything very smooth. On return enquired about ski train March 2023 and true to their word SnowFinders came back to us immediately booking was available and all sorted again promptly and at a competitive price. No reason whatsoever not to continue to use a small local family run company rather than a mega broker.”

“Nick at snowfinders has always been incredibly helpful, I highly recommend using them and have often told friends and family about them! He is very good at listening to what we are keen to get from a holiday and produces a variety of options to meet our needs. Snowfinders we’re also incredible good when our holiday got cancelled in 2020 due to the pandemic and worked hard to make sure we got all our money back. Thoroughly recommend them”

“This is a really great little company. Excellent advice helped us to make a good choice for our family holiday. During Covid we had two bookings with them that could not go ahead and we got our money back quickly without debate - they refunded our money and took the hit themselves arguing with the holiday companies they had booked us with to get repaid themselves. Personalised, great service.”

“Snowfinders listened to our requirements and matched all of them. We were happy with the service, communications and keeping us up-to-date with all of the progress and options. It was a great service, as always - we've used them a few times before. The trip was great, we really enjoyed ourselves and the end result was precisely as they had told us. Lots of snow, great location, ski in and ski out. Fantastic price - almost unbelievable, it was such a great deal, probably never to be repeated. We were recommended a couple of travel upgrade options which we opted for and they worked for us as well. We were staying and skiing in La Plagne and could easily make our way over to Les Arcs as well. We'll be using them for our next skiing holiday and hopefully many more! They always put in a lot of effort and have a lot of experience in skiing holidays. Many of the staff have stayed in the resort or know another member of staff who has visited the location.”

“The customer service we received from Snowfinders was excellent. We were travelling at a stressful time when the rules kept changing and Nick was constantly in touch helping and advising us. The holiday itself was great and exactly as described by Nick. All the arrangements ran smoothly and Nick helped us with lots of details. We will definitely be booking with Snowfinders again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”
