We can't fault Snow Finders. This was our first experience with them and the whole process couldn't have run more smoothly. Communication was always very quick and easy, we were given lots of options at the start and we received a very personal service which you won't get with the big operators - even the transfers they recommended came up trumps. The most notable positive aspect of our holiday was when the flights were cancelled by the airline due to Covid - Snow Finders simply and quickly rearranged our holiday at a time that suited all of our family group. It was the first snow holiday for our grandchildren and they loved Chalet Valeriane in La Rosiere and the staff so much they didn't want to go home. We will defo use Snow Finders again.
