We used Snowfinders for the first time this year. Having always used the larger ski companies, we were pleasantly surprised with the excellent bespoke service of Snowfinders. Sadly, due to the pandemic and not being able to travel to France, our initial ski holiday was cancelled. We were called by Snowfinders and they were so lovely even though, I presume, they had to make so many calls to disappoint customers. They were quick to return our money paid in full. As soon as the French would allow us to travel again, we were straight on to Snowfinders. They were brilliant. You could hear that their phones were ringing off the hook, but they gave excellent and friendly customer service and found us a brilliant chalet in Val just over the road from the lift. The whole process was seamless and everything was on point. In fact, it was the best chalet we have ever stayed in. Travel to and from resort was easy and dealt with professionally. We were met in resort by the team who carried our bags to the chalet and gave us cake! What more could you want?! We are looking forward to booking with Snowfinders again this coming season.
