“The flights & transfers both ways went smoothly..............we were in resort with all our ski hire sorted, enjoying a drink looking up the piste from the lively Jenewein hotel bar by 4.30pm. Doris & the staff @ the Jenewein were very accomodating........... it is an excellent location, as less than a minute walk to the ski lifts........ could literally see our hotel window from the ski lifts. Snowfall on the mountains & the pistes were heavy & conditions were good........ we had 4 sunny days with clear blue skies & great visibility, one overcast day with poor visibility & one day where it snowed all day................fine by me, as i ski'd every day no matter what.. Although the snowfall in the town & around the hotel was noticeably less than when we were here before in 2019........ the guys in the ski hire shop & in the hotel said they not had as much snow this year, but that said, the pistes were all well covered.. There were no queues for the gondolas, chair lifts.......... pistes weren't overcrowded....................quality of skiing overall i would say was of a decent standard, as did not see any accidents over the whole week. The Jenewein hotel wellness centre is of a very high standard, with a fantastic sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, ice cold showers to relax in after a day on the slopes & it offers a spectacular view of the floodlit piste @ night while you relaxing. We would have a few drinks after skiing & then get into the sauna/steam room/jacuzzi about 6.15pm & literally have the whole wellness centre to ourselves which was special. As always, Nick goes that extra mile for you, to help tailor your holiday experience to your wishes”

“What went well... You secured the accommodation we wanted promptly. All pre holiday info was clear Even Better If... Flight tickets sent through 7 days before departure but didn't know when I was getting them, so was a bit stressful as it was a busy working week for me so would have been nice to sort earlier. Probably the responsibility of Ski Vertigo Being a Jet2 charter flight I was unable to use their app. Top Tips for your clients booking a Ski Vertigo Holiday.... Explain: Ski Vertigo parent company is Ski Famille - they are the same company. You won't be able to use the Jet2 App Make sure you request printed boarding cards from baggage check-in as (with us) photos of boarding passes didn't scan at security. Top Tip : Split Skis at mountain restaurants as we may have to pay for someone taking hire skis by accident Otherwise all good Many thanks Martin”

“We had a good holiday plenty of snow for skiing 2 days the snow was too heavy and we were unable to ski I thought the hotel was good but lacked enough choice for the meals Overall it was nice to have another skiing holiday with my family and we will go again to somewhere where there’s a bit more to do”

“The customer service from the team from arrival to leaving was great. can not fault it. the hosts in the chalet were great to with good home cooked food and lots of wine. Wine was not amazing but by day 3 you can't tell the difference anymore - ha! Only thing i would grumble about is the dusty shelves in our room on arrival... had to clean them before putting clothes out!”

“Snow Finders made the process simple - we gave details of our group, budget and and an idea of which resorts we were interested in, and Nick came up with a good list of options all of which fitted the bill. Chose Hotel Totem in Flaine and had a great time. Rooms a bit small, but food, facilities and location were perfect. Really enjoyed the enormous outside hot tub with a view over the slopes and really was ski-in, ski-out so very easy.”
