“Whilst the experience withh Smarwater Testing was as smooth as always, and the team were very helpful sorting out the issues with the courier, the service from DPD was not so great. 2 missed collections were recorded when they didn't even come to the building.”

“My elderly Dad has dementia and is in a care home. His flat is rented out to help pay his care fees. As a "landlord" Legionella is a "must-do" but the rules and guidance are VERY vague and a bit of a nightmare. In the first year of the tenacy I was confident that the flat was compliant and testifed as such. Now in the second year I was nervous to do so since I didn't know how the tenant lived his life. Luckily I found SmartWater testing and decided to "give it a go". My apprehension was unfounded - the proecedure and the service is very good and, now two weeks later with a definitive "all-clear", I feel much better about the situation. Thanks.”
