“We contacted Smartwater as they had been recommended to us and they didn't fail us. The kit arrived the following day we did as instructed and posted the sample by return. They confirmed the receipt of the sample again by the next day. We received our certificate about 10 days later. Exceptional service would recommend very highly.”

“The testing service was incredibly efficient and the most economical option that we could find online. Seb was on hand to answer all of our questions and he was always very quick to respond. I’d recommend this service to anyone wanting piece of mind about the safety of their water for a place that has been left unoccupied for a little while.”
