“Excellent service. I used the online store to purchase a skateboard and pads etc. There was a technical bug at checkout which added a delivery fee when I qualified for free delivery. I just sent an email highlighting this and Rich replied in a timely manner to inform me that the delivery fee would be refunded and that he would pass the issue on to the tech guy. My products were delivered today and I'm very excited to get skating!”
