Got given a voucher as a present to what I was told "the best skate shop in the uk" and it took me ages to find anything I'd want as most the usual skate brands I get they didn't have or if they did had nothing in my size. Then came the payment where it messed up so many times and wouldn't register my address. And even though the paperwork showed my delivery address as right it decided to mix up delivery address and payment address and jumbled the two together to make an address that made no sense.so I had to get in touch with dad and change the address but could only get it delivered to the billing address which meant it had to go there, then I had to get them to resend it to me. Absolute faff!”

“I was very surprised at how fast my order arrived; I ordered on a Friday morning and it got to me less than 24 hours later, even though i hadn't paid for next day delivery. Id forgotten to order some screws and emailed them about it on the Friday, and I was quite happy to see that if they hadn't already sent out the order, they would have added them in with no charge. Was very happy to see that skate mags were also added to my order. Only thing Im not too happy about is how regardless of how much you order, the delivery fee is £5 (which is why I asked for the screws to be added) cause it would mean I'd have to pay £7 for skateboard screws that would have only cost £2 originally- i know it wouldn't cost that much to post such a small item, and if the posting cost varied appropriately, I would probably order from Slam City more often.”
