“First of all, the delivery took a long time. The bigger problem, however, is that several inquiries by email about the possibility of a return are simply not answered, so that I am now left with the goods because all the items are one size too small. About 180 euros thrown in the trash. Very bad customer service!”

“I did not receive the order and no response from the courier , I didn't receive any answer, only that it was supposed to come on the 13th and I received an email that it was delivered, but it doesn't say anything where it was delivered”
