“ordered jeans that showed being in stock, recieved email stating item dispatched. Made contact after waiting over 1 week for delivery to be told item out of stock ........absolute shambles”

Hi Andrew, looks like this was a return for an exchange, unfortunately the requested exchange size is out of stock and we have therefore had to refund this sorry, please note we do advise 7-14 days to process returns which is stated both on our policy and returns page any issues such as out of stock sizes we would then notify you once this return process had been completed sorry for any inconvenience caused

“Very disappointed with your service you have given me, I got three items of clothing which was to small and I tried to return them but couldn’t get a return item code from your website or the site I paid from. I emailed you about this issue and the return email said that you emailed me a return code which I didn’t receive, so I will never buy anything again from your website,,one very disappointed customer”
Helpful Report
Hi Simon, you can return easily via our portal, which will email you a QR code or a label as an attachment you then take this to the drop of, it’s literally that easy. I’ve just resent you the label to your email, any issues the team are always happy to help
