“Delivered what I ordered. However I wanted the item straight away but, without knowing, I've been told I "ticked" for 28 day delivery. Perhaps the ordering system should be simplified.”

“Good quality products However the product was missing parts when delivered and it took several emails and a few days to rectify the situation. I was unhappy as paid a lot for postage and expected a better delivery service.”

“How can I possibly give a meaningful review until I see how the seeds perform/grow. All I can do is rate the order and delivery experience, which was very good and acceptable. There will only be a five star review if the seeds turn out to be good plants, with a good yield. Ask again at the end of the season.”

“Having always been happy with the products and service, I was somewhat disappointed to be charged for 2 packs of chilli seeds when accepting a "bogof" offer. Apart from this simple mistake I was very happy with the service.”

“Simply seed are a good and fast reliable company and i would order from them again. Ihave just one concern and that is the quanity of seed in some of the packets i thought was on the low side. otherwise i am happy with Simply Seed”

“I find the delivery/seeds ok and convenient to order on line however last year I had cause to complain about one variety of tomato seeds. I wrote and complained and eventually got a reply after writing several times offering me a replacement but it was too late in the season to plant anything! I replied to this requesting that a credit was left on my account for my next order but when ordering seeds for this year there was no mention of a credit! Hence I can not recommend the customer service for this company”

“I made an order and realised after I had submitted the order (within half an hour) that the total was below that which attracted free postage. I sent an email immediately asking if I could amend the order and add something to bring the total up to the required amount. No reply, no free postage - I think Simply seeds could have done better”
