“Ordered 4 packets of seed. Took 4 days to arrive. For £2 delivery charge I was expecting 1st class mail, as had happened with another seed company a few days earlier, from whom I also ordered 4 packets and received order 21 hours after placing order online. That said, seed was of quality expected at a price others do not match, so will place orders again.”

“The potatoes, their packaging and delivery were everything SimplySeed promised they would be. But I would have appreciated - as a total beginner - a reminder of which potatoes were earlies and which were mains. The "customer care", it seems, stopped at the point of dispatch. I've learned from that experience, but I think SimplySeed could have gone a little further.”

“Came across website during lockdown when unable to go to garden centre to get seeds. Very good choice and could get products other sites had run out of. Good prices too. Only slight niggle (which was probably my fault for not reading delivery terms correctly!) was that I ordered delayed delivery for seed potatoes assuming other items like tomatoes would be sent straight away. Selecting this choice meant the whole order was delayed, so I was late getting some of seeds planted. Other than that everything great,quality appears good and some of veg seeds already through.”

“Seeds were sent out quickly and well packaged. I’ve only put four stars as until they are grown do not know the outcome compared to others I’ve previously purchased ! I hope they are successful as I’ve bought all my seeds for this season from Simply Seeds !!!! Fingers crossed !”

“The ordering process was quick and easy. I would have ordered more but sadly out of stock. I liked the email notifications of how my order was progressing and it's expected arrival. the only slight drawback was the price and p&p charge. I'm looking forward to sowing my seeds.”

“SimplySeed had the items I wanted to order. The order was received quickly and well packaged. The only reason I gave 4 stars is during the order I was unable to continue the order completion regarding the seed potatoes and had to return some hours later to complete once resolved. Thank you.”
