Of 7 (2kg) packs of recently delivered seed potatoes, 2 were of poor quality (the other 5 were fine). These two packs both had seeds of very variable size - ranging from huge (the size of baked potatoes) at one extreme to tiny at the other. As encouraged, I reported this to Customer Services and, as subsequently requested, sent photographs. I have not heard from the supplier since sending the images (2 weeks ago). A company is judged by the way it responds when things go wrong. I will not be using this company again.

I ordered some garlic bulbs with a seed order I received the seeds but no bulbs I have tried to contact simply seed by various methods to find out when my bulbs will be delivered but as yet they have not replied needless to say I will not be ordering from this company again I don't like being ripped off by a second rate company.

i have repeatedly asked you to stop sending me empty packets of tomato seeds.to no avail. i would be obliged if you could take my personal details off your website because i have moved elsewhere

I ordered nematodes for slugs from Simply Seeds specifically because they state that they despatch them on a Thursday. They dont. They despatched them much sooner and as I was not at home (as I knew I would not be) I emailed them once to check the despatch date and then a follow up email to check the viability of the nematodes as they have not been stored in a fridge as they should be - both of which they have ignored completely. They only have a voicemail on their phone line so you cannot speak to anyone and they do not respond to messages left. A total customer services fail.

I picked my order, I paid for my order, I was told that my order had been dispatched, I waited My order did not arrive After four emails to simply seed, each of which was ignored, I decided to take them up on the offer of leaving a review Very good at taking the money, very good at telling me that my order had been dispatched and in my experience utter rubbish from that point on I will be happy to modify this review if anyone from Simply Seed wants to contact me, my order number is SS62344. You have my email address and telephone number, I eagerly anticipate any contact from yourselves

Unfortunately I have not received my order. It was delivered to my old address despite my email to you asking you to change it once I’d realised I hadn’t updated my details. I was told to leave it with you but that was the last contact

Don't go there, ordered nematodes programme, what a waste of money. First part came very quickly and second never arrived :-( Do not order from this company!

Order no: ss41141 On May 8 I received an acknowledgment from you of my order for 4 packets of Nematodes, included with a cheque for the purchase. Since then l have received nothing.
