“After giving Special Instructions "DO NOT DELIVER BETWEEN 14TH AND 28TH JANUARY" as I was out of the country. I was suprised to find on my doorstep the parcel that had been delivered on the 19th Jan. and incredibly, written in two places on the outside of the parcel was the instruction! I am at a loss to imagine the type of people you employ to pack and deliver. UN - BLOODY - BELIEVABLE. David Higginson”

“I used this website for the first time to order nematodes. I ordered it on 12th May and money was taken from my account on 14th May. As of 7th June I still have not received my order even though the status says order complete, or any communication from them. I have filled out their online contact form twice setting out the problem, no reply only a computer generated 'thankyou for your submission we'll get back to you' response. I have tried to call them but as their website says the number they give only allows you to leave a voicemail. So tried this but voicemail said it was full and I couldn't leave a message. So for me it has been hopeless customer service and literally money for nothing.”

“After several weeks I must say I am very disappointed as out of all the three types of the tomato seeds I have planted and tried in my green house only one plant has come through!”

“Absolutely appalling service. Paid for my goods, not received a week and a half later. Not responding to E mails and the phone answer service states it is full and cannot accept any further message. I would not recommend this company to anyone.”
