I will contact properly but I bought a few hundreds of pounds worth of extensions from this company and sadly some couldn’t be placed by my hairdresser as the sticks were too thick to go into the loops. I am happy to send the ones unable to be placed back to show you. Otherwise I am happy with the quality of hair just disappointed that some where unable to go into my hair
