We had a team of three for the initial packing and used the fragile pack service - this was exceptionally thorough and resulted in NIL losses ( a first for us). The team were helpful and cheerful. “We asked for a two day removal, pick up on Thursday and delivery on Friday to avoid the stress of a one day move. All went well on the Thursday, 3 staff and they were great, really careful, polite and helpful but on Friday you sent only 2 men to unload a very full van. My 2 daughters and my husband and I had to help to unload. It was raining and although the staff were great and tried to get an extra person (1 man came for a couple of hours) we would have been there until dark if we had not pitched in. Bear in mind that all the garden and garage stuff comes off first and my girls wanted to make sure our beds were made and we were at least a bit straight for the night. To expect 2 men to unload a vehicle that size was unrealistic and not what we expected. The men you sent were fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful.”

“Three men arrived to move us, they were really nice, friendly and helpful guys. They moved us incredibly quickly, packed up the entire house, moved us and unloaded in one day... which was great. Or so we thought. It was only when we started unpacking did we find broken, chipped and cracked glasses, wooden shelving placed on top of bedside lamps, crushing the shades (!), a delicate paper lamp shade for a large floor lamp was folded in half and stuffed into the bottom of a box with books and files thrown on top, two of our own plastic loft storage boxes were completely shattered but worst of all is the damage to our sofa - all of which will cost hundreds of pounds to repair and replace so to say we're annoyed is an understatement!”
