“Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Office staff were more than helpful when we arranged our move and on the day the guys were fantastic. Norhing was too much trouble and they were good fun too. Definately recommend them.”
“Disappointed, loading onto containers for storage was fine. Once I had a moving date they did not have the staff to deliver my furniture, this was inconvenient and costly, I couldn’t move into my new property and I had to continue paying for storage. On the day my furniture was delivered, an awkward place for delivery, they had to carry items approximately 50 yards from the lorry to the front door and only 2 men. At one point they emptied the container onto the busy public pathway, people were walking around my furniture and touching it, anything could have been taken. A wardrobe and lamp table were damaged my sofas had to be cleaned, they are handling everything with dirty hands. I have since had them repaired. I did not report it from past experience it’s very difficult to claim damages from insurance company’s an added problem at a very stressful time. My furniture was not expensive but it was valuable to me. I have moved many times in my lifetime this was a most stressful experience I will not forget. I would never use this company again and most certainly never recommend.”

“Overall the service was good. The removal people were prompt and friendly. They looked after our things well. However, our main criticism was that a lot was left in the old house. Mugs, tins of paint, ladders, kitchen things and other items. None of these had 'not for removal' labels so we are not sure why they were left.”
