“Overall the move went well. However (minor point) the 'surveyor' missed the volume of books we had and didn't supply enough smaller boxes. We didn't realise the movers wouldn't be using a cart, so filled the larger boxes and made them possibly too heavy. The movers still did it manually, but were a bit grumpy. I suggest talking to surveyors about this beforehand.”
