“You charged me £8 for next day delivery. Waited Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Delivery came on Tuesday. That’s not next day. Also the most disappointing thing is the sign holder was bent on one side. It was damaged. I needed it urgently. I don’t even return because I wasn’t confident in your service.”
